This committee considers all matters pertaining to housing, zoning and liquor permit matters in East Oak Lane. The committee reviews and makes recommendations on issues related to land use and development within East Oak Lane. The committee will facilitate community decision making and public input with regard to such proposals and when able to advocate on behalf of the community including organizing neighbors to appear before City authorities involved in land-use decision making.

The Housing and Zoning Committee is in the process of developing a Zoning Protocol to assist those who might require zoning variances or use certificates for projects in East Oak Lane.
